The contestant has agreed to provide the following services to LOVE & WAR and its group companies.
1) The contestant confirms that he/she is an Indian inhabitant and is entitled to sign this agreement. The contestant knows that the amount paid for the show is non-refundable and acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the project at his/her own wish and force will and is willing to bear all the expenses mentioned for the participation.
2) There will be two rounds before the studio round which will be free. If the participant qualify these two rounds then he/she will have to pay the fees of Rs.55,000 for the TV Round.
3) The contestant can be disqualified or terminated from the show at any point of time for his/her miss behavior with in appropriate approach, arguments with other contestants and LOVE & WAR Team.
4) The contestant himself/herself is responsible for the travel expenses during the show.
5) The contestant shall bring dresses, clothes, accessories and shoes etc with themselves at their own cost at the time of portfolio shoots or during the show.
6) LOVE & WAR is liable to provide fooding, makeup & hairstyling to the contestants.
7) LOVE & WAR shall have the rights to increase or decrease the number of contestants at any point of time during the period of the contest.
8) Alcohol consumption or smoking is strictly prohibited in the resort near the shooting set.
9) On 4th Day elimination process will start.
10) LOVE & WAR is liable to provide the stay facility to the contestants.
11) The mode and the nature of portfolios and grooming will be provided to the contestants by LOVE & WAR and same shall be accepted by the contestants.
12) No contestant shall raise the objection in regard to the footage shown in TV about his/her duration of clip on the channel lesser period or more.
13) The decision of the judges will be final, no arguments and suggestions will be entertained.
14) No contestant will raise fingers in respect to the quality of the portfolio. The contestant will be provided with the soft copy of the portfolio. Contestant shall not demand the hardcopy of the portfolio.
15) This show will telecast at night so that we can attract youth based audience.
16) Use of Mobile Phones in Shooting Area is not allowed. Photography and Videography is strictly Prohibited during shooting.
17) Shooting for Love & WAR will be done both in day and night.
18) Contestants have to use some Non-veg jokes and dialogues in the show (if he/she is comfortable).
19) At the time of shooting in the show, parents are not allowed to stay.
20) No suggestions will be entertained regarding the shooting. Direction will be from our side only.
21) Any deliberate damage/loss caused to the resort’s property or company’s property will be recovered from the candidate.
22) Company will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable cash.
23) No dispute regarding the refund will be entertained. Once fees paid will not be refunded.
24) Due to music copyright issues, we can shift the show to the another channel ( If required).
